Vanaf 5 december gaan we eindelijk van start met het eerste trainingsblok van het seizoen! Onder begeleiding van een trainer behandelen wij verschillende technieken, tactieken en spelsituaties van roundnet, zodat jij een betere roundnet speler kan worden!
Het trainingsblok bestaat uit totaal 6 trainingen (5 december t/m 23 januari, m.u.v. kerstvakantie) en zullen elke maandag van 18.30-20.00 uur plaatsvinden bij de beachvelden in de blaashal.
Hoewel het trainingsblok in principe gratis is, zullen we wel een 10 euro borg vragen. Deze borg zul je terug krijgen als je minimaal 80% van de trainingen aanwezig bent!

As of December 5th, we will start with the very first training block of this season!
Under the supervision of a trainer, we will treat different techniques, tactics and game elements of roundnet, so that you will become a better roundnet player!
The trainging block will run for 6 weeks from December 5th till January 23th (excluding christmas holiday), while the trainings will take place on Monday 18.30-20.00h each week at the beachcourts of the ACLO.
Although the training will be free in priciple, we will ask you a deposit of 10 euro.
You'll get this deposit back if you attend 80% of the training.
